By submitting an access request or using the Orqaventol platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
Orqaventol is a digital AI platform that provides data analysis, automated insights and digital workspace tools. The platform is made available to approved users following a review of their access request by the Orqaventol support team.
3. Access
Access to the Orqaventol platform is granted at the sole discretion of Orqaventol Ltd following review of each access request. Access may be withdrawn at any time if these terms are not observed or if the support team determines that use of the platform is not appropriate.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Orqaventol platform only for the purposes described at the time of your access request and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform to submit unlawful, harmful or misleading information, or attempt to access any part of the platform for which you have not been granted permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, code and documentation forming part of the Orqaventol platform are the intellectual property of Orqaventol Ltd or its licensors. You must not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you submit to the Orqaventol platform. You must keep your access credentials confidential and notify the support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
7. No Warranties
The Orqaventol platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any particular output will be produced. Platform features may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orqaventol Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you for platform access in the preceding twelve months.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the Orqaventol platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be accessible on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
